Edible Organic Green Tea Vinaigrette Dressing

Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients:
1 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground oregano
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp shallots (minced)
1 Tbsp edible organic green tea leaves (ground)
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together vinegar and mustard. Pour olive oil into a salad dressing bottle; add vinegar mixture, thyme, oregano, garlic, shallots, ginger and edible organic green tea leave, shake vigorously and refrigerate until ready to use.
Be sure bottle is air-tight and do not store for more than 7 days. Dressing will become stronger as it sits.
