Scrambled Egg with Green Tea

Ingredients

3 large eggs
½ tsp dried, organic edible green tea leaves
1 tbsp water
1 pad of butter

Method

Whisk together the eggs and water in a medium bowl until fully mixed and light.

Melt the butter over a low heat in a frying or omelette pan.

Add the egg and water mixture to the pan and begin to scramble.

Once the eggs are almost cooked, sprinkle the green tea leaves evenly over the top.

Fold the eggs over and serve immediately.
