Yield: 2 glasses
1 cup skim milk (warm)
2/3 cup water
2 tsp edible organic green tea leaves (ground)
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp honey

Pour ¼ cup skim milk into glass.
In a plastic glass add the edible organic green tea ground then add water blend together to create some froth (use a hand heId milkshake maker). Pour half of green tea mixture into glass. Add remaining milk and honey to remaining half of green tea mixture in plastic cup and blend together to create forth using the milkshake maker. Pour this into glass top off with lite whip cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder or sprinkle with only cinnamon powder.
