Deviled Eggs made Healthy

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
3 tsps low fat sour cream
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp edible organic green tea leaves (finely chopped)
¼ tsp turmeric
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp finely chopped dill
Paprika
*Optional – chopped bacon
Directions:
Place eggs in sauce pan with enough water to cover them about 1 inch above.
Bring to a boil about 10 minutes. Remove and let stand about 7 minutes. Run cold water over eggs to stop the cooking process. Peel eggs and halve.
Remove the yolks and place in a bowl, combine with the sour cream, mustard, edible organic green tea leaves, turmeric, salt, pepper and dill. Smash all ingredients together with a fork.
With a teaspoon fill the egg whites and sprinkle with pinch of paprika and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Or to make them decorative, fill a plastic piping bag with a star tip attachment and squeeze into egg whites.
