Edible Organic Green Tea Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients:
Beef marinades Ingredients:-
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp water
1 tsp cornstarch
Peppered Steak Ingredients:
1 lb beef fillet (diced) or steak flank
1 onion (diced)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp edible organic green tea (finely diced)
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water
Optional Black Bean Sauce:-
1 ½ cup black beans (can or frozen – rinsed & drained)
¼ tsp cumin (ground)
½ yellow bell pepper
¼ red bell pepper
½ Tbsp edible organic green tea leaves
1 shallot diced
½ Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions
In medium bowl mix all marinade ingredients – soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, water and cornstarch with a whisk, add diced beef and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
In a wok or any other saucepan, add olive oil and heat over medium heat.  Add onions and sauté until transparent, push to the side add garlic in the middle of wok, push garlic to side with onions, add edible organic green tea leaves, then increase heat toss in beef cubes stir to lightly brown all sides, add more oil if necessary.  Stir and mix in all ingredients from the side.  Cover and cook until steam releases from wok.  Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water, combine evenly.  Sprinkle with ground black pepper.  Remove from heat serve while hot with white rice and black bean sauce.

Optional black bean soup:- In blender combine black beans, cumin, bell peppers, shallots,  and edible organic green tea leaves, puree.  In a small sauce pan add ½ Tbsp olive oil and pour in beans sauce cook for about 10 to 15 minutes to thicken.  Serve in a bowl like a soup add peppered beef on top.
