Directions:
Preheat 375 degrees F
Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch baking pan, line it with parchment paper.  Allow parchment paper to hang over the edge about 1 inch and butter the paper.
In a microwave safe bowl place 2 ¼ sticks butter and 8 ozs unsweetened chocolate, melt for about 2 minutes, do not over heat, pour into a mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, first amount of ground edible organic green tea leaves, sugar and peppermint extract , combine well.   Sift together salt, baking powder and all-purpose flour.  Mix well and pour into baking pan, bake 35 to 40 minutes remove,
And let cool completely.  Lift out brownies after it is cool and place on cutting board.
Place a small stainless steel on a pot of boiling water.  Turn off heat, keep bowl on top of hot water, place remaining 2 ozs of unsweetened chocolate, remaining ¼ cup butter, corn syrup, 2oz semi-sweet chocolate, stir to melt and combine properly.  Pour chocolate over brownie to cover evenly.
In a clean bowl melt the white chocolate and stir in remaining ½ teaspoon ground edible organic green tea leaves. Pour the melted white/green tea chocolate in a line from left to right across the brownie.  Using a toothpick drag it up and down to make a marbleized pattern.  Refrigerate to set chocolate topping at least 2 hours then cut into 2 inch square.
