4 cups roamine lettuce (shredded)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast chopped (2 cups)
1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
½ cup avocado (diced)
1/3 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
1 ½ cup black beans (can or frozen – rinsed & drained)
1 ¼ cup whole kernel corn (no salt added, rinsed & drained)
2 Tbsp. Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves (finely chopped)
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
2/3 cup light sour cream
1 Tbsp chipotle chile canned in adobo sauce (minced)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
4 tsp fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt to taste

Combine edible organic green tea leaves, cilantro, sour cream, chipotle chile, cumin, chili powder, lemon juice and salt, stir well.
In large bowl combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion, corn, black beans and chicken, add dressing and toss to coat evenly.
Serve in tortilla bowl or alone.
