Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
In small bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and edible organic green tea leaves, set aside.
In a rectangular dish whisk together eggs, half & half, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, set aside.
Cut 10 slices of French bread into 4 inch thick slices. Using a paring knife cut a slit across the top of the bread as if though you will cut it open to place a patty inside; using a pastry bag fill with cream cheese mixture and fill center of bread (do not over stuff or it will burst), soak into half & half mixture on both sides in rectangular dish, repeat until all 10 slices are done. Leave them in rectangular dish, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and place on greased baking sheet, bake 30 minutes covered with foil paper, uncover and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Let stand 5 minutes, tap with confectioner’s sugar or strawberry or blueberry or peaches, your choice.
