1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup rice and wheat cereal
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 ounce edible organic green tea leaves
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 F (175 degrees C). Take a flat pan and grease it.
Heat the butter slowly in a small saucepan. Sprinkle the tea leaves into the butter and crush into the butter while heating gently, so the butter won’t burn. Heat the butter like this for about 10m to make sure all the tea leaves’ nutrients become soluble in the butter. Let the mix cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, slowly mix the green tea butter that should be cool, the flour, the sugar, the baking soda and the salt. Beat 1 egg into the mix. When soft and runny add the coconut, cereal, butterscotch chips and pecans. Keep beating for 1m.
Ladle spoonfuls of the mixture into cookie shapes into the flat pan. Bake for 8-10m just until the center of the cookies are set. Let stand for 5-10m before eating.
