4 whole-wheat pita breads
3 tsps Olive Oil
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
½ Tbsp edible organic green tea leaves (ground)
½ Tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl combine olive oil, pepper, edible organic green tea leaves and lemon juice.
Cut each pita bread into 6 wedges and toss evenly into olive oil mixture. Spread evenly out on cookie sheet and bake until desired crispness is achieved about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt immediately upon removal.
