1 cup boiling water
1 (3 ounce) package Jell-O Brand Lime flavor
1 Tbsp. Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves (ground)
1 cup lime sherbert
1 pint soy milk ice-cream
Use a coffee grinder to ground tea leaves.

Add boiling water to gelatin and ground edible organic green tea in medium bowl; stir to dissolve completely. Stir in sherbert until melted. Pour into a square glass baking dish and refrigerator for about 2 hours or until set. Remove and cut into 1 inch squares.
Assemble parfait glasses – place one tablespoon of ice-cream at bottom, then several slices of jell-o cubes then more ice-cream then jell-o cubes, final layer top with ice cream.
