Yield: 2 glasses

1 carrot (peeled & sliced)
½ cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves
2 oranges (peeled, pitted & sliced)
1 apple (peeled & cored & quartered)
2 handfuls of spinach
4 broccoli florets
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey
1 ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt

In a blender add carrots, orange juice, edible organic green tea leaves, oranges, apple, spinach, broccoli, honey, yogurt, pulse then blend on high till smooth, add cinnamon & nutmeg, blend again to incorporate.
