Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Combine in a large bowl ground beef, salt, pepper, edible organic green tea leaves, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, mix well. Form 4 good sized patties ( be sure to create burger with a shallower center than the outer edges so that burger may well up like a meatball and remain flat like a patty).
Place burgers on grill and cook about 10 minutes each side or until desired doneness. If using pineapples, place pineapple slices on grill. Heat and cut in half wheat pita, then open air pocket of each half, spread miracle whip on each side. Place burger inside Pita pocket top with pineapple and bacon if using, then place onion, lettuce, tomato and blue cheese on each side of the burger.
