2 lbs lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 whole purple onion (chopped)
1 Tbsp. Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves (finely chopped)
1/4 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 celery stick (chopped)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
¼ cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
1 large can green chilis

Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Mix ground beef, eggs, garlic, onion, bell pepper, celery, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper to combine.
In a small bowl mix edible organic green tea leaves, cheese and green chilis.
Roll out beef onto a flat countertop lined with plastic wrap. Fill center of beef with cheese mixture and leave about ½ inch at both ends to allow for sealing of ends. Start rolling beef into a log while pulling off plastic as you roll, when finished pinch ends to seal and hold in cheese mixture.
Place in standard loaf pan bake for about 20 minutes the top with salsa (pace picante medium). Finish baking for another 25 to 35 minutes.
