1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¾ cup cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
1 Tbsp. edible organic green tea leaves (ground)
¼ cup agave syrup
¼ cup coffee liqueur (recommended Kahlua)
¼ cup orange liqueur (recommended Grand mariner)
1 tsp orange extract

Using food processor, combine ricotta, cream cheese and agave syrup until smooth.
Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Place 24 halves in single layer in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. In small bowl combine coffee liqueur, orange liqueur and extract, using a brush, brush the liquer mixture over the ladyfingers. Let stand about 5 minutes then spread half the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle half the ground edible organic green tea leaves. Now place the remaining ladyfingers and repeat the steps above liqueur and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining ground edible organic green tea.
