1 4 to 6 oz salmon Fillet
1 tsp butter (softened and room temperature)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp. Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves (ground)
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp fennel
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Use coffee grinder to ground tea leaves.

In medium sauce pan heat very well with olive oil.
In a small oblong dish combine edible organic green tea leaves, coriander, cumin, cloves, fennel, pepper and salt. On one side of salmon spread softened butter, place butter side in seasoning mixture to coat well. Place the season side of the salmon down in the heated saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes on that side then turn over and cook for about another 4 to 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Serve alone with asparagus or on white rice with a beur blanc sauce. Look for our green tea beur blanc sauce in the dips section.
