Edible Organic Green Tea Roast Beef

4 ½ lbs beef bottom round roast
3 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ onion (minced)
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp edible organic green tea leaves (chopped)
1 Tbsp dried basil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

½ tsp dried thyme
1 cube beef bouillon (crushed)

Preheat oven 325 degrees F.
Place roast in an ungreased roasting pan.  Combine garlic, onion, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and base entire roast by pouring the mixture all over.  Mix together edible organic green tea leaves, salt, pepper, bouillon, thyme and basil; rub over roast.

Bake, uncovered for about 2 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness (well done thermometer should read 170 degrees F).  Remove to a warm serving platter and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
