1 thin crust pizza (Recommended Boboli Italian cheese-flavored)
1 cup turkey breast or chicken (cooked and diced)
1cup frozen collard greens (thawed, drain & chopped)
2 tsp Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of kosher salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper
½ cup light alfredo sauce (from jar)
¾ cup fontina cheese (shredded)

Preheat oven 450 degrees F.
In a small bowl toss together turkey, collard greens, edible organic green tea leaves, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Spread alfredo sauce over pizza crust and top with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes to desired crispness of crust.
