Edible Organic Green Tea Bread with Zucchini
2/3 cup of biscuit baking mix
2 tbspns and 2 tspns grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tspn garlic powder
1/4 tspn seasoning salt
1/4 tspn dried oregano
1 cup edible organic green tea leaves
1/8 tspn salt
1/8 tspn black pepper, ground
3/4 tspn dried parsley
2 tbspns and 2 tspns grated onions
3 tbspns and 1 3/4 tbspns vegetable oil
1 1/3 zucchini, sliced thinly

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a medium-sized baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine baking mix, cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, oregano, edible organic green tea leaves, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix in onion, eggs and oil; stir well with large spoon. Stir in zucchini slices. Pour entire mix into prepared pan.
Bake in oven for 25-30m, or until a toothpick inserted into the mix comes out clean.
Let stand for 15m to cool. Enjoy buttered or natural.
