3 ½ cups chicken broth (low fat/low sodium)
1 can (14oz) coconut milk
3 Tsp. Edible Organic Green Tea Leaves (ground)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 large carrot (peeled & sliced)
4 sprigs green onions (sliced)
1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
½ tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic (minced)

Optional toppings:
Sour cream


In soup pot add broth, edible organic green tea, soy sauce and garlic to boil.  Add carrots, onions, ginger, mushrooms, and coconut milk and cook until carrots are tender.  Add salt and pepper to taste simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
