Pan Seared Salmon

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 12 minutes
Yield: 2 serving


2 (4-oz) Salmon Fillets
Butter (room temperature)
Olive Oil
1 Tbsp ground coriander
1 Tbsp ground cumin
½ Tbsp ground cloves
1 Tbsp edible organic green tea leaves (ground)
1 ½ tsp ground Fennel
Salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

In a small bowl combine coriander, cumin, cloves, edible organic green tea leaves, fennel.
Spread butter on one side of salmon sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Place butter side of salmon down into bowl of seasoning to coat properly.
Heat olive oil in sauce pan and place season side of salmon down first cook for about 5 minutes then turn over and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.  Squeeze a little lemon juice on top if desired.
