Salmon with Lemon, Dill and Edible, Organic Green Tea Leaves

1/2 pound salmon fillets
2 tbspns butter, melted
2 tbspns and 1-1 1/2 tspns lemon juice
1-1/2 tspns dried dill weed
1-1/2 tspns dried, edible organic green tea leaves
1/8 tspns garlic powder
sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.

Place salmon in baking dish. Mix butter and lemon juice in a bowl and lightly drizzle over the salmon. Season with the dill, edible organic green tea leaves, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper.

Bake for 25m in the oven, or until salmon becomes flaky.

Serve with either basmati or jasmine rice.
